A message dated June 25, 2001, was received stating the Governor is                                 
transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies of the following                                     
resolution to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

      27(STA)                                                                                       
      Supporting the erection of monuments in Alaska, Russia, and                                   
      Canada to commemorate the World War II lend-lease program
